Jae-Hwan is an ambitious reporter. Whilst struggling to find an exclusive story, he hears a rumor that the successful Taeryong Group was in fact secretly related to the notorious Hong Kong mafia. In order to do some digging and to find some evidence of their connection, Jae-Hwan goes to the Taeryong rooftop party and unintentionally becomes involved with Liu Yuan, the mafia boss. Will Jae-Hwan be able to get the scoop from this heartless mobster? What is the secret connection between these two Hong Kong giants?
