Jin-Tae Seo and his younger sister Ji-Na, a purple-eyed albino, are separated after being kidnapped by human traffickers. After two years of torment, Jin-Tae is rescued by an assassin named Shin Kim. After years of training, Jin-Tae, now an assassin himself, follows a lead to Hong Kong to find his sister. After accidentally getting involved in a gang war, it is revealed that Ji-Na is apparently an assassin working for Kai Liu, another albino, who is rebelling against the Triad, and claims that Ji-Na is his half-sister. Can Jin-Tae stay alive long enough to reunite with her?
