Ryo Nagami, an easy-going dyslexic boy, dreams of performing as a magician. Despite his parents' shame and fixation on his disability, he makes friends with a salaryman named Hojo, who is the grandson of a famous magician. Fascinated by Ryo's talent, Hojo sets his heart on helping the kid achieve his dreams.
